Process description
Service requests
Submit:
1. an application for the receipt of technical regulations;
2. The planning and architectural task of the newly constructed or reconstructed installation issued by the City Development Department of Riga City Council;
3. an extract from the Land Register of the City of Riga regarding the property rights of the applicant for technical regulations;
4. a land border plan;
5. a sketch of the design of construction.
6. on the scale of the topographic plans for underground communications, 1:50 0 (if necessary 1:25 0), issued not later than 1 year prior to the application of technical regulations.
By sending a request to the Construction Information System in www.bis.gov.lv, adding the above:
documents.
By sending an electronic application with the attached attachments above to an e-mail rg@riga.lv.Receipt of services
Technical regulations may be obtained on-site, in the Construction Information System in www.bis.gov.lv or electronically by e-mail.
