Service requests
In the event of the loss of a certificate, a person shall submit a submission to the residents centre of the city of Riga with a request to produce and issue a repeated certificate in person or by post. The application must be accompanied by the necessary documents or copies thereof and 2 photographs 3 x 4 cm.
Receipt of services documents required:
1) passport - to be presented in the original; 2) the application - must be submitted to the original; 3) a police statement (if the certificate has been subtracted as a result of illegal activities) - the original must be produced.Receipt of services
A newly manufactured certificate is received by a person, arriving at the Riga City residents centre in a previously agreed time. If a mailing was used to request the service, the person must present all the original documents needed to receive the service.
