Service requests
1) on-site - reserve the time of the visit during the RIP.
2) by phone - reserve the time of the visit.
Receipt of services documents required:
- An application;
- personal identification document;
- an authorised person - a notarised term of office.
Customers are only served on the spot after a previous recording

2) by phone - a harmonised time of visit to the Chief of the Municipal Revenue Board.
