Process description
Service requests
The customer shall address the service in person, electronically or by post.
When requesting a service in person, the customer shall turn to the City Development Department of Riga City Council, leaving the documents in a specially designed document cabinet, or to the Riga City residents center, leaving the documents in a dedicated mailbox for them.
When requesting a service electronically, the client shall submit a submission, which has been prepared in conformity with the regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents, certified with a secure electronic signature, time stamp or use an e-service.
When requesting the service by mail, the customer shall submit a completed submission with the attached documents. Documents necessary for the receipt of the service regarding the manufacture of a street and area name mark:
1. Application “Application for Receiving Street/Square Name Label” (Form No. Da_149_v2);
2. A mandate (if the application is submitted by an authorised person).Receipt of services
According to the submission submitted previously, the constructed street and area name marks can be received on site in the City Development Department of Riga City Council, Dzirnavu Street 140, Riga, presenting a personal identification document (authorised person - mandate).
