Coordination of traffic organisation during public events and roadside repairs, etc. works

Process description

1. Service requests
   In organising public events or performing works on the streets and in close proximity thereto, one of the prerequisites for the receipt of permits provided for in regulatory enactments is the deployment, installation and dismantling of technical means of the traffic organisation in accordance with the project documentation agreed with the road manager.
   The Transport Organisation's scheme regarding the fitting-out of jobs on the roads for co-ordination must be submitted to the Transport Department of the Riga City Council or the submission and scheme should be sent by post, or sent to the official e-mail of the Transport Department of the Riga City Council.

2. Receipt of services
   A harmonised scheme regarding the fitting-out of a workplace on the roads may be received in person in the Transport Department of the Riga City Council or it shall be sent to the mail address indicated in the application.
