Consent for the manufacture, storage and marketing of explosives and explosive devices

In accordance with Section 9.1.4 of Regulation No. 1000 of MK 27.12.2011, the procedures for issuing special permits (licences) for commercial activities with explosives and explosive devices and the amount and procedures for payment of the State fee, the Licensing Commission of the State Police shall request the local government, in the administrative territory of which a warehouse and production facility has been installed, for the manufacture of harmonising explosives and tensioning devices, storage and marketing. The referred to consent may also be requested by the merchant himself.
